早上好。今天班会的内容是养成良好习惯，争做优秀学生。
我们先一起来听一个真实的故事：北京有一家外资企业高薪招聘应届大学毕业生，对学历、外语的要求都很高。应聘的大学生过五关斩六将，到了最后一关：总经理面试。一见面，总经理说：“很抱歉，年轻人，我有点急事，要出去10分钟，你们能不能等我？”这仅剩的几位大学生们都说：“没问题，您去吧，我们等您。”经理走了，大学生们闲着没事，围着经理的大写字台看，只见上面文件一叠，信一叠，资料一叠。都是些什么呢？他们你看这一叠，我看这一叠，看完了还交换：哎哟，这个好看，哎哟，那个好看。
10分钟后，总经理回来了，他说：“面试已经结束，你们全都没有被录用。”大学生们个个瞪大了眼睛，“这是怎么回事，面试还没开始呢？”总经理说：“我不在的这一段时间，你们的表现就是面试。很遗憾，本公司从来不录用那些乱翻别人东西的人。”

今天同学们听了这个故事，知道了不经过他人的允许不能翻看他人的东西，相信今天不会有同学去随意乱翻他人的东西，是吗？可是，明天，后天，一星期以后，一个月以后呢？是不是大家都还能做到这一点呢？可能已经忘了这个故事，又会不经意翻别人的东西了吧？但是，一旦我们养成了不乱翻别人东西的良好习惯，不要说一个月，就是一年一辈子也不会再乱翻别人的东西了。
因为，习惯是忘不掉的，它是一种稳定的甚至是自动化的行为，比如，做作业，一旦养成了良好的习惯，就会自然而然地，可以说是自动化地按时完成，不需要别人的提醒和督促，更不会拖拉了；再如，有些男生原来睡前洗脚是一定要爸爸妈妈提醒的，不提醒就不洗，在茅小生活了一段时间以后，即使回到家没人提醒也会洗，因为已经养成了睡前洗脚的良好习惯。
可见，良好的习惯有助于身心的健康发展和有效地掌握文化知识，因为它使我们自觉地去做有价值的事情。一般地说，优秀学生都具有良好的'学习习惯和生活习惯，不论何时何地都能自觉地做该做的事，远离不该做的事。

大家好!
我的外婆今年六十岁了，她身子有点胖，额头上有几条深深的皱纹，高高的鼻梁上，戴着一副近视眼镜。因为外婆想让自我看上去年轻一点，所以她经常穿色彩鲜艳的衣服。
外婆可疼我了。异常在生活上，外婆对我的照顾真是无微不至。每当天气转凉的时候，外婆总会关照我多添一件衣服。我是过敏性体质，每到季节转换时，经常打喷嚏，外婆会帮我准备好抗过敏的药，还会教我一些预防感冒的小窍门。
星期天，外婆会领我到公园里去玩。因为我平时学习很紧张，她说休息日应当放松调节一下，像我这个年龄，正是长身体的时候，身体好也很重要。
每年我过生日，外婆总会买好生日蛋糕和礼物，全家人一齐唱着《生日欢乐》歌，每当这时，我觉得自我很幸福。
外婆不但关心我，她对别人也是如此。
记得前不久，外婆家隔壁有一位刚生完宝宝的妇女，她忽然觉得肚子很痛，而家里仅有一位上了年纪的老爷爷，无法陪她去医院。已经退休在家的外婆明白了以后，二话没说，赶紧陪这位妇女到医院去检查。外婆挂号、付费、拿药，跑上跑下，累得满头大汗。经过医生的治疗，这位妇女已无大碍，外婆这才放心。
像这样的事还有很多。邻居家的大姐姐要考大学了，外婆主动把家里的复习资料送去;走道上的公灯坏了，外婆立刻换上了新灯泡……
在生活的点点滴滴中，我感受到了外婆对我的无私的爱，我真幸福。同时，我还从外婆身上学到了许多做人的道理：要关心他人，乐于助人。
我为自我有这样一位好外婆而感到幸福。

今天去教育局，到了那才知道要面试，吓了我一声汗，好在不是说课，是3分钟即兴演讲而已，题目是：今天，我如何建设师德。在当时紧张的情况下我实在不知道要怎么说，就随便准备了一下。内容如下：
师者，所以传道、授业、解惑、树人。教师不仅要教书更应育人。学校是学生成长的摇篮，而教师则是学生成长的拐杖。我们应该利用好这根拐杖！现如今，我们更重视教师的素质修养，而师德也是其中一方面。我认为建设师德应该做到以下几点：
1。一视同仁。教师应该平等地对待每一个学生，善于发现学生身上的闪光点。冰心说过：“世界上没有一朵鲜花不美丽，没有一个孩子不可爱。”
