the vegetables are good for your health why is it? to answer the question there are many nutrients in vegetables. the vitamins are good for your eyes skin and hair they are in vegetables too. minerals and fiber are good too minerals can make your bones and teeth strong and fiber cleans the inside of your body. such as carrots cucumbers onions and spinaches.

there are healthy foods i think you know what are healthy food so let’s choose and eat healthy.

to save food, we shouldn’t waste any of our food. we should eat up all the food. we shouldn’t order the food more than we can eat while dining out, because many people in the world don’t have enough to eat. to eat healthily, we shouldn’t eat junk food but healthy food. it’s good for our health to eat a balanced diet. we’d better not eat in small restaurants. the food and the oil they use are not clean or healthy enough. we’d better eat at school or at home if we have time.

in my opinion, a healthy diet should consist of mainly meat and some healthy vegetable that does not have a high amount of starch.

meat can provide the protein, fat, and essential amino acids that our body needs to function properly. vegetables can provide different kinds of vitamins and minerals to help improve our immune system.

we should avoid grain because it is high in carbohydrate and if you continue a diet that is high in grain, you can develop diabetes. fruit on the other hand contains high amount of fructose which can cause insulin spike, and all the vitamins you find in fruit can also be found in vegetable.

现在的食品越来越不安全了。吃荤的怕激素,吃素的怕毒素,喝饮料怕色素。唉,馒头不能吃、酸奶不能喝、猪肉吃不得、可乐不能喝、姜也不能用,就连矿泉水也不能让人放心地喝……人心惶惶而且磨牙切齿,消费者对政府失去信心,对商贩失去信心,对生产者失去信心,我们竟没想到,会为了食品安全而担忧。

有一次,我和妈妈一起到超市去买东西。走进超市,我迫不及待地奔向了卖零食的地方,挑起零食来。我随手拿起一包冰雪杨梅正准备放进购物篮里,这时,妈妈走了过来,和蔼地对我说:“这个东西不卫生,还是别买了吧!走,我们买别的东西去。”妈妈牵着我的手向卖牛奶的.地方走去。来到了卖牛奶的地方,我兴高采烈地奔了过去,拿起一袋酸牛奶放在篮子里,妈妈拿过来前后睢了瞧,突然眼睛一亮,对我说:“你看,这个已经过期了,吃了对人身体不好,换一袋吧!”妈妈又拿起一袋酸奶看了看说:“这袋没过期,买这袋吧!”我们又来到了卖牛肉干的地方。这里的牛肉干可真多呀,各式各样的,我拿起一袋上面标着“绿色食品”的牛肉干,放进了购物篮里,妈妈看见了微笑着点点头。

如果人是河流,那么食品就是河流的源泉,假如源头受到污染,那么整条河流也将同样受到了严重的威胁。油炸类食品、腌制类食品、加工类肉食品(肉干、肉松、香肠、火腿等)、饼干类食品(不包括低温烘烤和全麦饼干)、汽水可乐类饮料、方便类食品……这些食品,我们都很喜欢吃,可它们却是垃圾食品,请不要购买了。

我们希望食品安全能够引起各界政府的重视,请关心人们的生命安全。

我们生活在一个温暖幸福的世界,看似安全和谐,其实有许多没有发现的安全隐患,关于有些食品的安全就是一大问题。

一般食品的包装袋上,往往都有食品安全许可证、生产许可证、合格证、保质期、商标、厂家地点和配料表,这样的食品都是安全的。如果没有这些,那么这个食品就是“三无产品”,特别是一些小卖部卖的那些辣条等等……是千万不能购买的,因为它们都是垃圾食品。

吃饭前必须先洗手,不要吃已经打开,而且过夜的食物,因为过夜的一些食物,已经有了有害物质如:牛奶,蔬菜等……

在路边,我们都有见过卖烤肠、卖棉花糖等的小贩。烤肠又香,味道又好吃,但一些小贩烤烤肠、炸鸡柳反复用的油,可能就是家长口中的“地沟油”,这是一种劣质而对于人们有害的油;并且,这些烧烤类的食品,是含有致癌物质的,危险性极大。卖棉花糖的'小贩现在都把棉花糖弄的五颜六色、各种花样,使人一见就想尝尝。但这些棉花糖都是用色素和大量的糖精以及不知名的调料做成的,虽然好吃,可对身体的害处还是有的。

同学们有没有见到过这样的情况:一些人每次吃饭都暴饮暴食、狼吞虎咽,吃不完就扔了。每次这样大口的吃饭,不仅容易使肚子腹胀,还很不节约。这样的行为非常不好,太浪费了。

我们要光盘行动,不要浪费食物;俗话说“民以食为天”,我们大家要牢记食品安全,倡导杜绝有害食品,吃安全无污染绿色的食品,这样对大家的健康百利无一害!
