i have three dreams. my first dream is that i wish i could go to collegesome day, which is also the one of many other students' dreams. going to collegefor further education can not only enrich our knowledge, but also teach us howto behave better. i always imagine that the college life must be veryinteresting. this dream gives me energy to study harder and harder. now i'mtrying my best to make it come true. sure, i have enough confidence to realizemy dream.

laid-off workers, typically regarded as the victims of economicadvancement, are subject to desperation that being unmeployed has brought onthem. but, encouragingly, we have witnessed some of them striving hard torebuild confidence toward life and discover new opportunities for demonstratingtheir values.
although we cannot choose our appearance, inborn gifts and even avoidunexpected disasters and adversities, we do have the privilege to choose to liveoptimistcally,to love our lives, to have dreams, and to cherish hopes.
every morning when we get up, we have a choice of how we want to approachlife that day. as for me, i choose to be cheerful.

“ 希望中国系统”以“视频简历”的模式，深化纸质简历、电子简历，改变目前招工难、就业难的社会现状。
“希望教育”则是以“我有一个梦想”大型主题演讲，解决三分钟热度，缺乏持续动力等问题，提高人们的自信心。
就象目前，要想应聘教师，需要持有教师证；要想做会计，得有会计证；那么，我预计在不久的将来，将会出现对于应聘人员进行身份核实的公证行业，将会出现这样的公司和产业。这样的话，将会降低用人单位的人力成本；提高求职者的劳动保障。
我深深的知道，自己的力量很小很小，岂能撬动如此庞大的社会工程，象乔布斯、马化腾那样的企业家毕竟少数，努力了，拼搏了，也就无遗憾了。

when i was young, i used to be very naughty. life then was like a glaball ,shining with bright colours. i had once gone down to the river bank, catching a great many worms and was afterwards punished by mum. i had ever cut the pillow towel into pieces in order to make clothes for my dolls. similarly, i was then blamed seriously. once i even put the hot iron on the floor which immediately burnt a big hole on the carpet. although i had done so many annoying things, my childhood seemed to be rather colourful. however, i had never had a clear definition about myself. but then something happened. it had made a great difference to my life and made who i am now.
i had always been afraid of having the intravenous drop in hospital. the first time i was taken to have the drop, i cried for almost half an hour and finally gave off at father's severe scolding. watching the cold needle stabbing into my skin, i cried even more loudly. at that time, i never dared to take a glance at my hand and always needed my mother to stay with me at my side. even if mum had told me many times," honey, theresquo;s nothing to be scared of. just close your eyes and sleep." i would still keep my eyes wide open, watching the liquid flow through the bottle and never slept.
